PPIradioawards.com uses Authipay to provide a secure, robust and reliable payment processing service. Information security is their top business priority. To this end they have invested in extensive security controls and infrastructure.
Authipay is certified and approved by several leading financial institutions. Its systems and security controls are based on current industry standards. There are several layers of technology in place to ensure the confidentiality, authentication and integrity of information. Authipay has been accredited with the AIS (Account Information Security) certification by VISA and is one of the few companies in Europe to achieve this.
To process your payment to the PPI Radio Awards online we require the billing address of the credit card you use so that we can pass this to Authipay, who check the address against the cardholder's details for security purposes. We don't store the credit card details on our server. Authipay requires that you provide your credit card details to process the transaction. This is done on a secure Authipay server and data passing between PPIradioawards.com servers and Authipay are encrypted using 128bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).

You need: A valid Visa/Delta, Mastercard or Laser Card
When a refund, in part or full, is appropriate and has been agreed, we will refund your credit/debit card charge.

Please read these Terms and Conditions of Trade carefully before ordering. You should understand that by paying for your PPI Radio Awards entry/entries and/or your tickets for the PPI Radio Awards Gala Ceremony, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Trade.
1. INFORMATION ABOUT US
1.1 We are the PPI Radio Awards. We were established by the Irish radio industry to recognise excellence in Irish Radio. Our main sponsor is PPI (Phonographic Performance Ireland Ltd), a company registered in Ireland under registration number 27726, with its registered address at 1 Corrig Avenue, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin, Ireland. The PPI Radio Awards secretariat is also based at this address.

2. OUR CONTRACT
2.1 Your order ("Order") constitutes an offer to us to pay for your PPI Radio Awards entry/entries and/or your PPI Radio Awards Gala Ceremony ticket/tickets via your order on the site. We will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your Order.
3. RETURNS AND CANCELLATION
3.1 Once you have submitted your PPI Radio Awards entry/entries online, it/they cannot be withdrawn and payment will not be refunded, unless there is an overpayment which, once the amount of the overpayment is agreed, will be refunded to you without delay. If you believe you may have overpaid for your entries, please contact the PPI Radio awards secretariat on +353 1 280 5977 or via email@example.com as soon as possible.
3.2 If you book and pay for tickets for the PPI Radio Awards, your booking and payment, once confirmed, will not be refunded except in exceptional circumstances. Please contact the PPI Radio awards secretariat on +353 1 280 5977 or via firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. If you have to cancel your booking, and PPI Radio Awards agree to issue you with a refund, it may be subject to PPI Radio Awards being able to re-sell your cancelled tickets.
3.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions of Trade is intended to affect your statutory rights.
4. LIMITATIONS ON OUR LIABILITY TO YOU
4.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions of Trade shall:
4.1.1 exclude or limit our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or the negligence of our employees or agents; or
4.1.2 restrict your statutory rights
4.2 These Terms and Conditions of Trade shall not:
4.2.1 make us responsible for any damage or loss caused to you where such damage or loss is not reasonably foreseeable to you and us when you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Trade, including where the damage or loss results from our breach of these Terms and Conditions of Trade; or
4.2.2 make us responsible for any damage or loss caused to you where you are not entering into these Terms and Conditions of Trade as a consumer.
4.3 Our aggregate liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions of Trade shall be limited in respect of each claim to the purchase price of your Order or Orders.
4.4 We are not responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms and Conditions of Trade if the delay or failure arises out of any event which is beyond our reasonable control. Such events shall include, without limitation, failure of infrastructure, government intervention, wars, civil commotion, hijacking, fire, flood, accident, storm, strikes, lockouts, terrorist attacks or industrial action affecting us or our suppliers.

6.1 By using this site, you accept that communication with us will mainly be electronic. We will contact you by email or provide you with information by posting notices on this Site. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
7.1 We reserve the right to change or update these Terms and Conditions of Trade from time to time. Revised Terms and Conditions of Trade will be published on this site and, where practical, we will endeavour to alert users to key changes via the homepage.
7.2 If any of these Terms and Conditions of Trade are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of law then, to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining Terms and Conditions of Trade shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
7.3 If you breach these Terms and Conditions of Trade and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these Terms and Conditions of Trade.
